Everybody is unique with their own needs and blockages. Sessions begin with grounding touch, palpating areas of the body with tension, and opening and awakening neural pathways along the body. I locate and guide your energy to areas of your body that need healing.

Nourish your vessel with healthy food and hydrate well the day before your appointment. Refrain from drinking alcohol, eating heavily processed foods and any large meals the day of. Please schedule your session on a day you can relax afterwards. Treat your session with care before, during, and after and you will feel lasting results.
No. My studio is not equipped with a shower, please arrive freshly showered to your appointment and refrain from wearing cologne/perfume.
